Privacy policy

Atelora ("we", "us") is run by Tulmaker LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona. This policy explains what we collect when you use Atelora, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to make your images, we keep your artwork and images private to your account, and we never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who the service is for

Accounts are for people who are 18 or older, such as artists, galleries and art sellers.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and your password. We store the password only in scrambled (hashed) form, so no one, including us, can read it.
• Your artwork photos: the photos you upload, and the details you give, such as artwork size, interior style, room, frame and any notes.
• What we make for you: the interior images, saved in your private library.
• Billing: Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your Stripe customer number, your plan and its status, and Stripe keeps your billing name and address so it can work out sales tax.
• Technical information: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) that our hosting provider keeps for security and troubleshooting. The page also remembers your choices (style, frame, save location) in your browser.

How we use it

• To create interior images with your artwork when you ask, and to save them in your library
• To run your account, free trial and subscription, and to count images against your plan
• To send emails you need, such as password resets, "your images are ready" and billing notices
• To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and fix problems
• To answer you when you contact us

We don't sell or rent your information, we don't share it for advertising, we don't show ads, and we don't use your artwork to train AI or show it to anyone else.

Companies that help us run Atelora

We share information only with the companies below, and only what each one needs to do its job:

• OpenAI creates the images. It receives your artwork photo and a description of the room you chose.
• Render hosts the website and its database.
• Cloudflare manages our domain and stores your artwork photos and images.
• Stripe handles payments, subscriptions and sales tax.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Google Fonts provides the lettering on our pages, so your browser contacts Google to load it.

OpenAI says it doesn't use information sent through its business API to train its models. It may keep it for a limited time to watch for misuse. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or as part of selling or reorganizing the business, in which case this policy would still apply to your information.

Cookies

We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use analytics services that follow you around the web. Stripe uses its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages to prevent fraud.

How long we keep things

We keep your account, artwork photos and images until you delete them. You can delete single images in your library. When you delete your account (on the Account page), we delete your login, artwork photos and images right away and cancel your subscription. Copies may remain in backups for up to 30 days before they're overwritten. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as tax and financial laws require.

Your choices

• See and download your images at any time in your library.
• Change your card, cancel or see invoices on the Account page.
• Delete your account and everything in it on the Account page.
• Email us to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it. We'll answer within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have legal rights to know, access, correct or delete your personal information. You can use them by emailing us, and we won't treat you differently for doing so.

Keeping it safe

Your library is private to your account. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, private storage for artwork and images, and access only for people who need it. No service is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we'll email you or show a notice in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows when this policy last changed.
