Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Tulmaker LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona, which runs Atelora ("we", "us"). By making an account or using Atelora, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

2. Free trial

New accounts can try Atelora free for 7 days and make up to 10 images during the trial. A card is needed to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your monthly plan starts automatically and your card is charged. The free trial is offered once per person.

3. Subscription and payment

  • The monthly plan costs $14.95 a month plus any sales tax, and includes 100 images each month. Images you don't use don't carry over to the next month. Each format counts as one image, so choosing "Both" (Instagram and online store) uses two.
  • Images that fail to be created don't count against your plan.
  • Your plan renews automatically every month, and your card is charged at the start of each month of service, until you cancel.
  • If a payment fails, you won't be able to make new images until your card is updated.
  • We may change the price. If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next charge at the new price, and you can cancel before then.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time on the Account page, with no phone call or email needed. When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the month (or trial) you've already started, and you won't be charged again. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused images, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.

5. Your artwork

You keep all rights to the artwork you upload. Only upload artwork you created or have the right to use. You give us permission to store your artwork photos and send them to our image provider only so we can make your images and run the service for you. We don't use your artwork for anything else.

6. Images made with AI

Interior images are created by artificial intelligence from your artwork photo and your choices. AI can make mistakes: it may change details of the artwork, its colors or its proportions, or show it at a size that isn't exact. Please check each image before you use it, especially in a product listing, so buyers aren't misled about the artwork. The rooms, furniture and objects are made up and may sometimes resemble real designs.

You may use the images we make for you for any lawful purpose, including commercial use such as Instagram posts, online store listings and marketing your art.

7. Fair use

Please don't:

  • upload artwork you don't have the right to use, or images of real people without their permission;
  • ask for content that is sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful;
  • share your account, resell access, or use bots or scripts to make images;
  • try to break, overload or get around the limits or security of the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close your account without a good reason on your part, we'll refund the unused part of your current month.

8. Changes and availability

We work to keep Atelora running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems with the companies we rely on, and busy times can make images take longer. We may improve or change features over time. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any promises beyond those written in these terms, including promises that the service will always be available or error-free.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tulmaker LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona won't be responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, such as lost sales, and our total responsibility for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of that state, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out together.
